04 Ship’s Lane is establishing a group of new residences in a small, single family community located in the oldest section of Southwest Harbor. This area of the town has heavy pedestrian traffic and is within walking distance of the town center. The property, of approximately 1.6 acres, would be designed to accommodate six single family, winterized residences, with the existing wharf/building and water access held in common by the residents. The intent is to construct two dwellings within the confines of the existing red commercial structure. We would then remove the shell of the red building.
